This policy explains what information Source Desk LLC collects, what we do with it, and the choices you have. We keep it as simple as the service itself.
What We Collect
Contact details people send us: your name, email address, phone number, and anything else you include when you get in touch.
Client material: if you become a client, the recordings, documents, and files you send us so we can produce your content.
How We Use It
We use your information for two reasons: to respond to you, and to deliver the service. That means using your recordings and files to write your newsletter, blog draft, and social posts, and using your contact details to send that work back to you and to keep your account running.
We Don’t Sell Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with others except where we need to in order to provide the service, or where we are required to by law.
Retention
We keep your information only as long as we need it to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations. When we no longer need it for those purposes, we delete it.
Requesting Deletion
You can ask us to delete the information we hold about you. Email us and tell us what you would like removed, and we will take care of it, except for anything we are required by law to keep.
