How you opt in

• By texting us first: send a text to (307) 445-5700. Texting us is your consent to receive replies about your request.
• By phone: when you call (307) 445-5700, our automated phone assistant, Sofi, asks before sending any text: “Would it be alright if Source Desk texts you about your free sample, like confirming your podcast link and email? Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Our Terms are at getsourcedesk.com/terms and our Privacy Policy is at getsourcedesk.com/privacy. Is that okay?” We only text you after you say yes.

What we send

Customer care messages only: confirming the link and email you shared, answering your questions about our service, and letting you know when your free sample or confirmation email is on its way. No marketing messages. Example: “Source Desk: Got your podcast link and email jane@example.com. Is that right? Our team will email a confirmation shortly. Reply STOP to opt out.”

The fine print

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you’ll get one final confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for help, or email george@getsourcedesk.com. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
